日本語は下へ↓
On my second night back in Australia, I found myself declaring at the dinner table,
“My strong intention is to find a truly wonderful silent retreat next year.”

And less than a week later—this event appeared right in front of me.
If that’s not divine guidance, I don’t know what is.

I used to have a habit of coming up with reasons and excuses not to participate whenever I felt uncertain.
But I’ve officially quit that as of the end of October! 😜

And as if that weren’t enough, this retreat happens to be led by my life teacher, Fuyuko-sensei from Gold Coast @fuyukosawamuratoyota

No matter how hard I try, I simply can’t find a single reason not to join.

She is one of the mentors who laid the very foundation of who I am today—
a woman who continues to learn, grow, and shine without ever shying away from effort, even after 24 years since we first met.

She remains my inspiration and guiding light.

With a pure and open heart, I want to share this event so that more people can receive the love and wisdom that flow so abundantly from her.

Let’s take this precious time together—
to slowly soak in the hot spring of the heart♨️

オーストラリアに戻って2日目の夜、「私の強い目標は、来年必ず素晴らしいサイレントリトリートに出会うこと。」とディナーテーブルで宣言している自分がいた。 そして１週間も経たないうちに、このイベントが私の目の前に。 導かれているとは、正にこのこと。 ”参加しない理由や言い訳を考えること”私がいつも不安になるとする癖。 10月いっぱいで辞めました！笑 しかもこのイベントは、私の人生の先生である、ふゆこ先生のリトリート @fuyukosawamuratoyota

参加しない理由が、どんなに頑張っても浮かばない。  私の現在の在り方の土台を築いてくれた恩師のお一人であり、いつまでも学び、成長す続ける苦労を惜しまない彼女と出会ってから24年目、さらに輝き続ける目標の女性であり、メンターであります。 彼女から溢れ出る愛と知恵を、より多くの方に受け取って頂きたい、ただ純粋な気持ちで、このイベントをシェアします。 ぜひ一緒に、ゆっくりと心の温泉に浸りにいきましょう♨️

We spent a precious few weeks surrounded by crystal-clear water, vibrant vegetables, grounding energy, and kind-hearted people.

I feel truly grateful for the place and the souls that make me want to return again and again.

We’re coming back HOME (without a “home”) to Australia and need your help 🙏

From November, we’re looking for a small patch of land or a cozy co-living/community spot to park our van, house/pet sit etc... and settle back in (between Crescent head & Noosa) — ideally near the surf (max 20 min from the ocean).

With years of hands-on experience, we’re open to work exchange, farm stays, house & pet sits, or retreat/community living.

After 3 magical years traveling the world — helping on farms, caring for homes & animals, worldschooling and connecting with amazing souls — we’re ready to ground again and return to the land, ocean, and communities we love.

You may know, we’re a family of 4 (Mama 🇯🇵, Papa 🇩🇪, Kids 🇦🇺) with over 20 years of deep roots in the Byron shire — passionate about permaculture, organic food, wellness, mama ocean and living simply. Our journey is also on Insta: @3littlespirals

ただでさえスペシャルな時間なのに、美味しいご飯と、温泉に癒されながらのリトリートはさらに格別。

最終日前夜、そして最終日ギリギリに心をオープンにしてくれた方々も現れ、なんだかもう数日、みんなと一緒にいたかったけど、あっという間に帰る日がやってきました。

いつもの生活に戻っても、このリトリートで手に入れた感覚や、意識の広がりはより広がっていくばかりだと思います。
深いつながりを感じたまま、今回はここでお別れ。

来年はもうちょっと長い日程でプランしようかなと思わせてくれる位に、ゆったりなのにあっという間の素晴らしいでした。

カミツレ研究所の宿であるカミツレの里は、脱衣所にもお風呂場にも、素晴らしい自然のプロダクトが溢れ、毎日あらゆるプロダクトを試すのがみんな楽しみの一つでした。

基礎化粧品なんてもう何年も使ってない私、お風呂上がりに鏡の前に座って、自分の肌を観察することなんて、十数年もしてません😝

リトリート中、沢山ハイライトはある中、私のお気に入りの時間は、温泉の後のセルフケアでした。

ほんの小さな事でもいい "自分を大切にしている"という意識で包まる感覚を与えてくれた、素晴らしいプロダクトに感謝です。
しかも最高な使い心地。
さすがアレルギーがある方達も合用達の天然素材に徹底しているお宿だと再確認させて頂きました。

また来年も、この場所に戻ってきますよ〜。
今年参加できなかった方々も、来年の春に是非☘️

知らずと背負い込んだものを下ろして、新しいアイデアと勇気、フレッシュな感覚と意識を詰め込んで帰る皆さんのスッキリした笑顔が、私たちの最大のご褒美でした🫶🏽

家に戻り、リトリートが私にとって何なのか？という思いを胸にカードを引くと、面白いことに、リトリートに向かう前に引いたカードと全く同じカード "Dream" を引きました。

そう、私の夢、夢の時間、夢を生きる。
そのもの。
心からありがとう。

レモンとお塩の "ディトックスウォーター" から始まる、2日目の朝🍋

・身体を観察し、アクティベーションしていくボディーワーク with @ayumi_sunn

・米粉パンとスープの朝ごはん

・ハートをオープンにして荷解きをする、お話のサークル

・インテンション(意図)を込めて、ゆっくりとクリスタルを通していく、ジュエリーメイキング

・ローカルシンガー @kaho037 さんによるライブ

・カモミールエキスたっぷりの温泉タイム♨️🧖

・プラントベースの丁寧に作られた、美味しいディナー

・身体を観察し、マインドを完全に委ねる呼吸法とメディテーションの時間
(温泉の後だから、もちろん😴床に溶けちゃいます)

フルに詰まった2日目は、帰る人、到着する人と、人々が交差しては、エネルギーが渦のように大きく揺れ動く時間。

森の中で食を囲み、裸で交流し、スペースのエネルギーを最大にシェアするこの時間は、少人数であるからこそ、かなりディープな繋がりが生まれるのだと感じました。

みんなの心がオープンになっていくスピードと深さが素晴らしい✨
今までとは、また全く違う感覚のリトリートに、私も感動と鳥肌全開の1日でした❤️‍🔥

Day 2 begins with a lemon and super clean sea salt detox water 🍋

・Bodywork session with @ayumi_sunn observing the body and activating its flow

・Breakfast with super delicious rice flour bread and tasty warm soup

・An open-hearted sharing circle for unpacking our inner stories

・Intentional jewelry making — slowly channeling energy through crystals

・Live performance by local singer @kaho037

・Chamomile-infused hot spring time was so special ♨️🧖

・A thoughtfully prepared, delicious plant-based dinner

・Breathwork and meditation — fully surrendering the mind while the body melts into the floor (especially after the hot spring 😴)

Day 2 was full — a time when people were arriving and leaving, and the energy swirled like a powerful vortex.

Gathering around food in the forest, connecting openly and naturally — the intimacy of this small group allowed for a truly deep connection.

The speed and depth at which everyone’s hearts opened was incredible ✨
This retreat felt unlike any other — I was in awe, covered in goosebumps, moved by the experience ❤️‍🔥

A pure circulation of gratitude and love 🙏🏽
