ヨーロッパ到着後、初のオンラインコミュニティ！ State Of Frequency🫧Session #18
25日木曜日、日本時間の午後４時から開催です。 （ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、日本の時差を考えると中途半端な時間になっちゃいました！笑） 
いろんなところで耳にする言葉　”セルフラブ”  セルフラブはとても大きなテーマ、先月もお話しするつもりがいろんな話題で深いところまで行けなかったので、今月も引き続き”セルフラブ”について安心できるグループでお話ししていきたいと思います。 この会の楽しさは、みんなで話すグループチャットが、私たちをどこへ達を連れて行ってくれるか予想できないところ！ 自分の中にある悩みや心の中に引っかかっている事柄、その大きさや重要性も人様々だけど、大切なのはみんなそれぞれのストーリーがあって、それぞれに悩み考え日々をアップダウンしながら生きているという事。 だから私たちはこの会を利用し、その悩みや気持ちをみんなでテーブルの上に置いて、価値観や考え方の近いグループでお話ししていく。 自分のことが例え話せなくとも、人のお話やみんなの人生に起こっている事を聞くだけで、沢山のヒントや新しいアングルからの物の見方が得られるチャンスも多いもの。

今回は宮崎にて、完璧なるタイミングでやってきたトリートメントを受けた体験や、私が受け取ったメッセージなどもみなさんとシェアしたいと思ってます。 旅に出る前のカンカンファミリーとの宮崎での時間がもたらしたもの、何故私たちは宮崎に引っ張られて、日本の最後の時間を過ごしにあの場所に行ったのか？なども合わせてシェアしたいと思います！  まだメンバーではない方、試しに参加してみたいという方も是非メッセージください。 いつからもでも入会でき、いつでも退会できます。 大人になってからマインドセットが近いお友達に会うことはなかなか難しいこと、もし私の生き方や考え方に興味があったり、共感できるようであれば、このグループはあなたに大きな喜びと安心を提供してくれると思います♡

Hi all friends in Europe! 🌞
We have packed up our Australian life for now and are just about to begin our family adventure from Germany - Italy - France - Spain - Portugal - Morocco etc...
We have got an old motorhome to kit out in the next couple of weeks.(and along the way...)🚌💨

If you have any "hand me down items“ please let us know! We have limited space in our motorhome/camper-bus but love good quality pre-loved things 🤍🌍 (see list below)
Happy to buy or donations are very welcome🙏🏾
We are based in Bayreuth for the next 10days and will head towards Munich, then North Italy and back to Freiburg before we take off to the French coastline.

What we are looking for:
- Bikes 🚲 : wishing for 3 x 26inc & 1x 24inc MTBs
- Kitchen stuff 🍳🔪: pots, pans, knives, graders, stainless bowls & strainers, glass containers, oven wear (yes we have an oven🥰), everything you use for cooking
- Table wear 🍽: Dishes, cups/mugs, glasses, cutlery
- Beddings 🛏: sheets, pillows, blankets, cushions
- Fabric 🪡 : white cotton or linen to make curtains and seat covers
- Art stuff for children 🎨 : Paint (Acrylic) brushes, wool, felt, knitting stuff
- Outdoor stuff 🏀🎣 : Camping chairs & table, outdoor rug, kids toys, balls, street skateboard, fishing rod etc..

And... wishing for 2 surfboards (logs or midlenght) would be amazing 💫💫💫 as we didn't bring any other than Malou's tiny boards🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

Sound on!
I got completely smashed by fever, massive body ache and really bad headache last 2days.

We came to Germany to have our Mothers Day with Mike's mum, planing, booking and full effort to get here... then I'm sick in bed🥲
So sad to miss the day with her and family, but actually not bad to lay on the couch hearing church bell.
Kind of this was perfect Mothers Day gift for me - solo time doing nothing.

Feels like this sickness is showing me a sing of big relief from Japan trip.
It was hard to manage all with non speaking or reading people with me explaining every little bits all day long, translating everything thing like menu in the restaurant, people's conversation, emotions, situations, plans, manners, traditions...etc
Pheewww.
Now I'm in the country where I can't speak or read🙌🏾
I know there will be another challenges as always but at least something new and excites me!

Hopefully I feel better and we can have a good Mother's Day with Mike's mum today!
I know it's a massive present is waiting for me too🥰💐💞

All my heart, love and respect for all forms of Mothers out there🙌🏾
Mother isn't only the people who gave a birth!!!
And I have so many Mother in my life.
Love you all and please give massive compliment to yourself "you are doing amazing job and appreciated everything you do, feel and care"

宮崎①
今回の旅は4年前のトリップごとく、そしてより見えない"大いなる力"に動かされてる感に満ち溢れ、全てが流れるべくながれた。

出逢う人もタイミングも全てがパーフェクトで、まるで(というか実際本当にそうだけど)既に書かれた物語を辿っているかのようにスムーズで心地良いDreamyな2週間となり、3ヶ月間色んなことがあった日本の旅を"おさらい"の様に美しく締め括ってくれた。

何かを決める時に行くのか？行かないのか？と、前進したり後退したりするのは、その完璧なるタイミングを足踏みしながら計っているものだと、ここに来てまたしっかりと再確認させてもらった。

そう、シンプルにもう一度再確認🙏🏾

全ての物事には完璧なタイミングがあり、理由がある、でもそれは私たちが考える現実と物質に持っていかれた世界観で計るのではなく、委ね信じることから生まれてくる "本来のタイミング" を感じその流れに "乗る" どころか "ダイブ" すること。
それが出来ればほとんどのことは勝手にフローし出す。

自分のマインドや行動をガイドしてあげることは何と無く少し子育てに似ていて、寄り添ってゆく道や物事を一緒見極めていくお手伝いをするようなもの。だけど1番大切なのは、そこ(自分自身、子供達はたまたま宇宙のメッセージ)から奥深く湧き出ているものを感じ拾い上げる作業。

その既に知っている作業をし忘れていたり、近道しようとしている自分と、今回はこの無限な可能性と楽しみを感じさせてくれるこの特別な場所で
でしっかりと向き合えることができました。

本当にこれをする為にここに呼ばれたんだと。

"宮崎・市木" いつも一言で地名の下にくくっているけど、この場所にはこの家族がいて、そこに集まった人々がいて、この特殊で特別なクオリティーの生活がある場所。
そのタイミングに流れ込みその場に実際に立っている自分、全てがスムージーのようにブレンドしあってMaxにお互いを輝かせることができるこのモーメントが存在する場所をピンポイントで呼ぶ名称としてこの"宮崎・市木"を使っています。
(長い説明だけど、ここ大事)

呼ばれた場所にしっかりと「なんだろう？気になるな…行ってみよう！」とただシンプルに動けた自分を私はまたちゃんと褒めてあげたい。
家族を引き連れてこれをするのは容易ではありませんので！笑

そして「おいでよ！」というメッセージを風に乗せて送ってくれた一生涯の友 @takayakamma とその風に吹かれ集まってくる人々を丸ごと愛し、母のようにケアーしてくれる @kammamayuko に新たなる感謝と愛を送ります。
コスミックファミリー万歳🙌🏾

私達の関係も本当にすごくユニークだけど、これからの未来も本当にヤバいね！！！
もうこの先は不安や心配を超えて、楽しみでしか無い。

流れ続けよう💫
