Creamy coconut heaven cake ココナッツヘブン ローケーキ

Mine and my family’s favourite coconut cake recipe is here!

Vegan, gluten free, sugar free, ORGANIC – cleanest cake for the children and of cause for us, too. We made this raw cake for our son’s 4years old birthday party. His request was “Chocolate cake” CHOCOLATE is something he has never had before. We have been keeping him away from all kinds of chocolate for long enough, so wanted to celebrate with those raw cakes for his patent and also our hard work to keep stay on the track. Also wanted to make them for all of his friend to enjoy without worry about ingredients! (unless you got nut allergies)

Make this healthy yummy cake for your special people on their special day ♥♥♥

  • 1  fresh Coconut (juice & meat) or 1 can Coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut butter or Macadamia butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple or Date syrup (I like to use very small amounts of sweetener as both the base and topping will be sweet anyway)
Let’s cook

  1. Grind nuts in the food processor or powerful blender till they become fine,
  2. Add the rest of ingredients and blend well together
  3. Tip the base mixture into the pop up tin. Spread out evenly, firm and thin
