13年前、羊水のバッグに包まれたまま、私たちの元にやってきた木蓮。
「みんなはモクレンって呼びにくいかも知れない？」といって、オージースタイルのニックネーム"モッキー"と付けた。
デリケートで美しい、蓮のような花が咲く木、木蓮。
美しくも逞しく、しっかりと芯の通った女性へと成長して欲しいという願いを込めて、私の母が好きだった花の名前を私が名付けた。
まさにその願いの通り、美しく、優しく、繊細ながらも、木のように安定した、小さな女性へと成長し続け、これからもより一生楽しみ🤍
彼女から学ぶことは日々山のようで、先日モッキーから、「私は以前あなたのママだった時もあったしね。」とサラッと言われた。
先生であり、ヒーラーである彼女は、どんな方向をみて、この先どんな未来へと進むのか、親である私自身もワクワクする。
どんな辛い時でも「楽しむ」という技を兼ね備えている彼女は、いつも笑顔でいっぱい。
一瞬一瞬を楽しんで生きてね。
そしてここまでの、皆さんのお力添え、いつもありがとうございます。
お友達や家族のサポートがあっての、今。
これからも、どうぞよろしく🫶🏽

Thirteen years ago, Mokulen (Magnolia in Japanese) came into our lives, still wrapped in her amniotic sac.

Thinking that “Magnolia might be a bit difficult for people to pronounce,” we gave her an Aussie-style nickname: “Mokky.”

The magnolia tree, with its delicate and beautiful lotus-like blossoms, inspired her name. It was a name I chose because my mother loved the flower, and I wished for her to grow into a strong yet graceful woman—beautiful, resilient, and with a firm inner strength.

And just as I had hoped, she continues to grow into a little woman who is not only beautiful, kind, and delicate but also as steady as a tree. I look forward to witnessing her journey for a lifetime.

She teaches me so much every day. Just the other day, Mokky casually said to me, “I was your mom once before too, you know.”

A teacher, a healer—I’m excited to see which direction she will choose and what kind of future she will walk toward.

No matter how tough the times, she has a special ability to “find joy.” Her days are always filled with smiles.

Mokky, may you continue to cherish every single moment and live life to the fullest.

And to everyone who has supported us along the way near & far —thank you, always. We wouldn’t be here without the love of friends and family.

Why Hasn’t Our Motorhome Been Passed On to Its New Owner Yet?

This past week, we’ve come to a realization—deep down, we just weren’t fully ready to say goodbye.

We’ve been unloading all our belongings, saying farewell to each item one by one. We went through this process two years ago as well in Byron Bay, but this time, the emotions are different. Right now, in Italy, the four of us and MOM (our motorhome) are taking this precious time to align our mindsets and find our pace together.

It feels like a process of closure, a final tidying-up. In between, we’ve been exploring the neighboring towns, enjoying time with my kind and supportive brother-in-law, doing personal training with him, cooking delicious meals in a spacious kitchen, falling asleep in front of the fireplace almost every night, and tackling the work and computer tasks that had piled up.

Why has this process taken so long? What have we been waiting for? Instead of rushing, we choose to appreciate these days—to embrace them fully and take things slowly.

Watching our children process their emotions as they examine each seashell one by one fills me with so many feelings. Is there anything more valuable than experiences and memories?

Just a little more time here—let’s enjoy it while it lasts.
Huge thanks to my Sister & Brother in law for having us and opening up there space to this important process.

なぜモーターホームが、まだ新しい売り手に渡っていないのか？

それはお別れをする準備が、まだしっかり私たちの中で出来ていなかったのだと、確信できたこの1週間。
荷物を全て降ろし、一つ一つとお別れする作業。
これは2年前にもやった事、だけど今回はまた違った想いと、感情が入り混じる中、4人とMOM(モーターホームの名前)の、マインドセット・歩幅を合わせる貴重な時間を、今イタリアで過ごしている。

片付け・締めの作業といった感じ。
その合間に、隣町を訪れたり、優しくサポートしてくれる義兄との時間を楽しんだり、パーソナルトレーニングしてもらったり、美味しいご飯を広いキッチンで思いっきり作ったり、暖炉の前で毎晩のように寝落ちたり、そして溜まっていた仕事やパソコンでの作業を、一つづつ片付けたり。

なぜこれだけ長引いているのか、何が私たちを待っていたのか？それを時間できる日々にただ感謝し、焦らず、それらをゆっくりと味わう。

貝殻を一つづつ眺めながら、感情をプロセスしている子供たちを観ていたら、色んな気持ちでいっぱいになった。
体験や想い出よりも大切なものってあるだろうか？

後ちょっと、楽しんでいこうと自分と再確認。

私たちをいつも快く迎え入れてくれる、義姉と義兄。ありがとう🙏🏽

Social media makes us want to share the fun & happy things in life. But from the outside, it can look like everything is going perfectly—everyone seems happy, financially stable, and getting along with each other.

But let’s be real.
There’s no way we can live this kind of intense life without fighting.
There’s no way we can share such a limited space without getting on each other’s nerves.
There’s no way we can face the unknown every day without feeling anxious and taking it out on someone.
There’s no way we can compare ourselves to others and not feel insecure about whether what we’re doing is ridiculous.

Still, this is the path we chose because we wanted to.

So why not enjoy it to the fullest? Why not make these moments the ones we’ll never forget?
We cry when we need to cry, laugh until our stomachs hurt, and run under the sun even if it leaves us with wrinkles and sunspots.

Who knows how much time we have left?
To live in the moment is to live honestly with yourself, purely and wholeheartedly.
Worry about the future later.
Right now, love the people in front of you and embrace what comes your way.

That alone is enough.

SNSって、「楽しいことをシェアしたい」って思いがちだし、よそから見ると、全てが順調で、幸せで、十分お金もあって、みんな仲良さそうに見える。

こんな究極の生活をしていて、喧嘩しないわけがない。
こんなに限られた空間をシェアしていて、お互いに腹立たない訳がない。
毎日先がわからなくて、不安になって八つ当たりしない訳がない。
他人と比べて、自分たちのしていることが馬鹿げていると、不安にならない訳がない。

それでも、自分たちで「やりたい！」って選択してここまできた道のり。
楽しむも楽しまないも、どっちみち後戻りできないのだから、どうせなら思いっきり楽しんで、一生心に残る時間たちを過ごしたもん勝ちだ！と言い聞かせて、泣きたい時には泣いて、お腹痛くなるまで笑って、シミとシワいっぱいになっても、太陽の下で遊んでみる。
いつまでの命かわからない。
今を生きることは、自分自身と寄り添って、心の底からピュアに生きることだと私は思う。
先の心配は後ですればいい。
今は目の前にいる人を愛して、目の前からくる物を受け取る。
それだけで十分。

モロッコで一緒にサーフセッションをした、お友達を訪ねてMontpellierへ。
素晴らしいケアとホスピタリティ！街の歴史を話しながら隅々まで案内してくれたお二人。
食やカルチャーの交換をしながら、沢山笑って、美味しい物を一緒に食べました🥐🍣🍷
海の中で繋がった人との縁て、本当に深く、強く、人との出会いは、何よりも大切だと改めて感じた数日でした。
マルーとモッキーも叔母さんと叔父さんがフランスにできた気分で、ビックりするほどにリラックして、楽しんでたなぁ〜。
お世話になりました。
