“Must be nice to go wherever you want and just do whatever you like.”

I’m sure there are plenty of people scrolling through my Instagram thinking that 🫣

But…

The reality is often very different from what it looks like on the outside.
Entire family is super exhausted, homesick, missing their friends, sick of planing & moving around…

Still, now that I’ve stepped into this journey, I want to fully experience both the positives and the negatives.
I want to soak it all in, receive the lessons and messages meant for me, and then head back home.

Sometimes I take breaks, other times it’s full-on go go go —
But above all, I try to listen to my body and my heart,
and keep moving forward just a little longer, letting myself be guided.

So I can be 100% present with whatever is happening right in front of me. 🙏🏽

I’ll return holding tightly to the reason why I chose this path in the first place. 🌏🪐
But honestly… I’m tired tho! 😆

「好きなように好きな場所に行って、好きなことだけしてていいよなー」

そう思いながら私のインスタを眺めてくれている方いっぱいいると思います🫣

が、しかし

実際は側から見える世界とは、全く反対なこともいっぱい。
みんな疲れきっていたり、ホームシックだったり、友達に会いたかったり…
でも足を突っ込んだこの旅、たっぷりとポジティブもネガティブも、両側から満喫して、自分なりの学びと、メッセージを受け取ってから帰路に着きたい。

たまにお休みしながら、時にはgo go goで、でも自分の身体と心の声を優先して、もう少しだけ、導かれるままに進んでいきたいと思っています。

いま目の前で起こってることに、100%でいられるように🙏🏽

何のためにこんなことをしているのか、しっかり握りしめて帰りますよ〜🌏🪐
しかし疲れた！笑

Thanks to the warm hospitality at the guesthouse in Puerto that truly felt like home, I was introduced to another breathtaking spot.

Even though I stayed only four days, I was told, “Come back anytime—you’re always welcome.”
And just like that, my family keeps growing across the world🥰

This guesthouse is run by a super stylish funky grandmother from New York, full of art, taste, and soul.
Our conversations and her museum-worthy collection left a deep impression on our heart.

When you meet people who live with such style and ease, it just lifts your spirit too.

「素敵な宿があるから、是非行ってらっしゃい！」と我が家に居るかのように面倒を見てもらった、プエルトの宿からご紹介頂いた場所が、またとんでもなく美しかった。
4日間だけの滞在にも関わらず、「またいつでも帰っていらっしゃい。」と、どんどんと家族が世界中に増えていく。
アートとテイストに溢れた、NY育ちのおばあちゃんが営むゲストハウス。
彼女のとの会話も、見せてくれたミュージアム級のコレクションも、全てが胸に深く焼きつきました。
カッコよく、心地よく生きてる人々を見ると、こっちまで気持ちよくなっちゃう。

訪れる場所毎に、その地のローカルやお年寄りと触れ合い、しっかりとコネクトする我が子たちを見ていると、私たちが口を開かずとも、もう既に「リスペクト」という意識が胸に焼き付いていることを感じる。

貴重な昔のお話に耳を傾け、冗談を言ったり、何か手伝えることが有るか？と自然に考えては動き出す。

こうやって「豊かな生き方」というものを身につけていけるのは、本当の贅沢ではないだろうか？
