This episode is introducing amazing life stories of starting over.
Our mama ocean is always be there for us while we go through our own health and mental struggles and challenges.
I cried a few times while I was littering to the stories😌

私がポッドキャストを聞くきっかけになったのは彼らの影響が大きくて、サーフィンと人生、環境と地球をテーマに常に興味深いゲストを招いている番組。
このエピソードはライブで、4人のゲストが身体やマインド、生と死などをきっかけにやってきた「仕切り直し」のストーリーをシェアしています。

聴いてる最中に何度も涙ぐんでしまったり、胸が熱くなるストリート達にただ生きている喜びと、パドルしに行きたいと思える幸せを改めて感じ、皆さんとシェアしたいなーと思いました。

英語だからちょっと限界があるかもしれないけど、時間のある方はぜひ聴いてみてください。

ローレンの優しい声と、デイブの包み隠さないそのままの彼のエネルギーが凄つ伝わってくる番組です。
うちの子供達も大好きで、学校の送り迎えの時にみんなで聴いたりしてます。
マルーとモッキーのおじさんとおばさん的な存在にもなってくれている二人はカップルとしても、サーファーとしても凄く大好き。

I work Sundays because that's the most safe day for mamas to work without worry aI know that children will be well looked after by papa.
When they get sick during the week I get completely stuck as we don't have any relatives around to leave sick children. I'm sure many of you are in the same situation.

Today after work, we were meeting up at the beach, went for a swim, bodysurf, all of us catching the same wave, having a big smile. We swam back to get some more waves, over and over and over.
I felt we are one. A bunch of love. We love and care each other, sharing the joy and the moment together.
I found the special feeling in this very ordinary afternoon.
After the swim, wewent back home to pick the board and went for surf with my son.
Evening surf is super special thing for mamas who have young children.

Lucky me, now I can go for those special evening sessions maybe 10times a year! Especially paddling out with my son is make it even more special 💕

After the evening sesh, we went to the light house to appreciate the colour of the sky.
We said "we should paint this view, so make sure we don't forget the color!"
Picked up the take away dinner on our way home.

Quick dinner, tucked the children in warm soft bed.
Very content yet very simple day.
We are so blessed.
I'm just so happy that I could catch this little moment and feeling it fully.

私は日曜日働いているママ、それは週末だとパパがいるので、子供達を預かったりしてもらったりせずに仕事に行けると言うのが理由。
子供が体調を崩したりすると、そのしわ寄せはママの仕事にくる。
親族が周りにいるわけでもないので、平日に預けられる場所もない。
今日も仕事だった私。
仕事が終わって車に乗るとパパからメールが着ていた。
「ビーチで泳いでるからおいでー」と。
みんなで泳ぎ、ボディーサーフィンで体ひとつで波に乗った。
岸まで乗り継いではまた沖に戻り次の波を待つ。
何本も何本も波に乗り、笑い合い、叫んだり踊ったり、私たちは愛で包まれた一つの束のように感じた。

まだ日が落ちるまで数時間あったので、家に戻りサーフボードをピックアップして、息子とサーフィンに向かった。
疲れていたけど、どうしても行きたいとせがむ息子。

日が暮れる頃に海から上がり、夕陽でピンクに染まった空を眺めるために、灯台へと2人で向かった。
「ママ、次に絵を描くときにはこの風景を一緒に描こうね」何度も繰り返し言った。
沢山旅をしたアーティストは沢山いい絵が描ける、息子はそう信じている。
この子はきっと10代で旅出て行ってしまう気がする。私の生き写しのように。

晩ご飯をテイクアウェイして家に戻り、みんなで頂き、子供達をふかふかのベッドへ送り込み、「おやすみ」と言って抱きしめると数秒で眠りに落ちていく。
なーんでもない普通の日を、こんなにも幸せに満ち溢れていると感じることが出来る。
ただそんな自分が嬉しかった。
きっと今すごくバランスが取れているんだと思う。
みんなに支えられて、周りに充満している愛を感じ取れている。この愛をちゃんと循環させたい🙏🌼
いやーそれにしても4日連続良い波で身体がパキパキ。
体調もかなり回復したなーと思っていた今日でした。

Big day out on Sat and our cosy family time on Sunday.

Pancakes in the morning, lots of BD messages and love from everyone🙏🏽
Sushi lunch was her request then her big brother Malou made a cake for her.

Thank everyone for supporting her journey and all of us 4 to grow together.

She is beautifully and happily growing up🤎

モッキーなんと9歳🌈

土曜日にお友達とパーティーをして、日曜は家族の時間。

朝お祝いをして、パンケーキをみんなで食べてからカードゲーム。
ランチはモッキーのリクエストのお寿司屋さんへ。
午後はみんなで水彩画を描いて、マルーがモッキーにケーキを作った。
8年間ローケーキだったけど、今年はスポンジケーキが食べたいとリクエスト。
そうだよね、普通のケーキ食べたいよね🍰😆

沢山の方にお祝いしてもらったモッキー。皆さんに支えられてゆっくり、美しく健康に成長しています。これからもよろしくお願いします🤎
