Hello everyone, I haven't been posting for a while... so here I am...

I’m pinching myself every morning waking up to where we are right now.

My teacher / sister / mum @fuyukosawamuratoyota and her lovely husband Brian has been taking care of us—just like the way you care for yourself and your family.

At the dinner table, my son suddenly said, “We are like family!” 🤍
And all of us answered, “Yes, we are!” 🤍🤍

How beautiful it is to feel that, to express it, and to share it.

I’m often so impressed by my son—how openly he can express his feelings, without hesitation, yet with such sensitivity and care at the same time.

It’s been nearly three weeks since we came back to Australia, and I’ve been full of gratitude every single day and every moment.

I’m finally starting to feel grounded here again. My spirit always takes a little time to catch up with my body…
So we’re waking ourselves up gently, creating and choosing our fresh path after staying in this amazing temple / family home here in Australia 🤍

We are still searching for land, community, or any kind of place where we can stay—exchange work or rental—anywhere between the Sunny Coast and Scotts Head.
If you know of anything suitable for us, please let us know🦘🫶🏽😘

And thank you so much to the kind friends who have been keeping such wide, caring eyes out for us.
We trust that the right place will appear at the perfect time.

今ここにいられることが嬉しすぎて、朝起きるたびについ頬をつねりたくなる私。

先生であり、お姉さんであり、お母さんのような存在である @fuyukosawamuratoyota さんと可愛い旦那様ブライアンが、私たちを大切にケアしてくれているのです。

昨日夕ごはんのとき、息子がふと
「ぼくたち、家族みたいだね！」とひとこと。

みんなで「ほんとにね〜」と返した瞬間、すごく心が温かくなりました。

もうすぐ15歳だけど、息子のまっすぐな気持ちの表現や、優しさと気遣いにはいつもびっくり！

オーストラリアに戻ってきて、もうすぐ3週間。
毎日感謝でいっぱいです。

ようやく心も体に追いついてきて、ここオーストラリアに“ちゃんと着いた”感じがしています。
魂が身体のある場所に追いつくのに、時間がかかってました。

この素敵な“お寺のようなお家 / 家族みんなで過ごしながら、少しずつ目を覚まし、新しい道を選んでいく準備をしています🤍

今は、サニーコーストからスコッツヘッドのあたりで、土地やコミュニティ、滞在できる場所（ワークエクスチェンジやレンタルなど）を探しています。
もし何か心当たりがあるかたは、お知らせ下さい🙏🏽

そして、いつも気にかけてくれる優しい友人たち、本当にありがとう。
完璧なタイミングで、きっと素晴らしい場所とオファーに出会えるはず。

On my second night back in Australia, I found myself declaring at the dinner table,
“My strong intention is to find a truly wonderful silent retreat next year.”

And less than a week later—this event appeared right in front of me.
If that’s not divine guidance, I don’t know what is.

I used to have a habit of coming up with reasons and excuses not to participate whenever I felt uncertain.
But I’ve officially quit that as of the end of October! 😜

And as if that weren’t enough, this retreat happens to be led by my life teacher, Fuyuko-sensei from Gold Coast @fuyukosawamuratoyota

No matter how hard I try, I simply can’t find a single reason not to join.

She is one of the mentors who laid the very foundation of who I am today—
a woman who continues to learn, grow, and shine without ever shying away from effort, even after 24 years since we first met.

She remains my inspiration and guiding light.

With a pure and open heart, I want to share this event so that more people can receive the love and wisdom that flow so abundantly from her.

Let’s take this precious time together—
to slowly soak in the hot spring of the heart♨️

オーストラリアに戻って2日目の夜、「私の強い目標は、来年必ず素晴らしいサイレントリトリートに出会うこと。」とディナーテーブルで宣言している自分がいた。 そして１週間も経たないうちに、このイベントが私の目の前に。 導かれているとは、正にこのこと。 ”参加しない理由や言い訳を考えること”私がいつも不安になるとする癖。 10月いっぱいで辞めました！笑 しかもこのイベントは、私の人生の先生である、ふゆこ先生のリトリート @fuyukosawamuratoyota

参加しない理由が、どんなに頑張っても浮かばない。  私の現在の在り方の土台を築いてくれた恩師のお一人であり、いつまでも学び、成長す続ける苦労を惜しまない彼女と出会ってから24年目、さらに輝き続ける目標の女性であり、メンターであります。 彼女から溢れ出る愛と知恵を、より多くの方に受け取って頂きたい、ただ純粋な気持ちで、このイベントをシェアします。 ぜひ一緒に、ゆっくりと心の温泉に浸りにいきましょう♨️

We’re coming back HOME (without a “home”) to Australia and need your help 🙏

From November, we’re looking for a small patch of land or a cozy co-living/community spot to park our van, house/pet sit etc... and settle back in (between Crescent head & Noosa) — ideally near the surf (max 20 min from the ocean).

With years of hands-on experience, we’re open to work exchange, farm stays, house & pet sits, or retreat/community living.

After 3 magical years traveling the world — helping on farms, caring for homes & animals, worldschooling and connecting with amazing souls — we’re ready to ground again and return to the land, ocean, and communities we love.

You may know, we’re a family of 4 (Mama 🇯🇵, Papa 🇩🇪, Kids 🇦🇺) with over 20 years of deep roots in the Byron shire — passionate about permaculture, organic food, wellness, mama ocean and living simply. Our journey is also on Insta: @3littlespirals
